What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing and growing relationships across a portfolio of clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for technology advice and service delivery
  • Leading regular client review meetings and roadmap discussions
  • Identifying risks, gaps and improvement opportunities across client environments
  • Working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Managing escalations and driving issues through to resolution
  • Assisting with solution design, project recommendations and technology planning
  • Presenting recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Supporting project scoping and technical proposals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and account records
  • Visiting client sites when required
What You'll Bring:
  • Previous experience in a Technical Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Senior Engineer or similar role
  • MSP experience managing multiple client environments
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Tech Environment Experience Across a Mix of:
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Azure & Entra ID
  • Intune & Endpoint Management
  • Cyber Security Solutions (Microsoft Defender, MDR)
