The role:

Upgrade an existing ASP.NET-based customer-facing application to improve performance, usability, and overall functionality
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure changes align with user expectations and business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, conduct code reviews, and recommend improvements
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure ease of future updates
Ensure all updates and changes are tested thoroughly before release

Tech you'll use:

ASP.NET
CSS
Telerik (front facing) - nice to have, not essential

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in full-stack or front-facing development using ASP.NET and CSS
Strong understanding of web application architecture, responsive design, and user-centric development
Experience upgrading or reworking existing applications while maintaining functionality and uptime
Confidence working independently and taking initiative on complex development tasks
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - clear, concise, and open to feedback
Ability to work full-time on-site in Melb with a collaborative mindset
Experience with Telerik or similar front-end tools is favourable but not essential
