This role will suit a positive, flexible and results driven individual who takes ownership of tasks through to completion and enjoys working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet (and exceed!) sales targets.
- Proactively drive technical improvements of the clients IT environment
- Define technology roadmaps according to the client’s business objective.
- Lead regular business and technical review meetings, driving all outcomes to completion.
- Manage client expectations end to end.
- Identify new sales opportunities and meet targets, earning uncapped commissions.
- Experience as an AM with a technology background. Don't have to be overly technical but you need to have a strong knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and presentation!
- A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude!
- Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
- Strong attention to detail, passionate about documentation!
- Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable with change
- Must have a full Driver's License and own car to attend client sites
