What you’ll be doing:
- Growing and nurturing relationships with existing clients – you’re their trusted advisor.
- Smashing sales targets
- Driving technical improvements and defining tech roadmaps that help clients win.
- Running business and technical review meetings like a pro.
- Managing client expectations end-to-end, keeping everyone smiling.
- Spotting new opportunities to add value – and pouncing on them.
- Previous Account Manager experience in IT (don’t need to be super technical, but solid knowledge of IT solutions/services is highly favourable).
- Top-notch communication – written, verbal and presentation.
- A customer-first attitude – friendly, positive, approachable.
- A genuine team player – you’ll pitch in wherever needed to get the job done.
- Detail-obsessed – you love documentation.
- Comfortable with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Driver’s Licence + your own car (you’ll need to visit client sites).
