What you’ll be doing:
  • Growing and nurturing relationships with existing clients – you’re their trusted advisor.
  • Smashing sales targets 
  • Driving technical improvements and defining tech roadmaps that help clients win.
  • Running business and technical review meetings like a pro.
  • Managing client expectations end-to-end, keeping everyone smiling.
  • Spotting new opportunities to add value – and pouncing on them.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous Account Manager experience in IT (don’t need to be super technical, but solid knowledge of IT solutions/services is highly favourable).
  • Top-notch communication – written, verbal and presentation.
  • A customer-first attitude – friendly, positive, approachable.
  • A genuine team player – you’ll pitch in wherever needed to get the job done.
  • Detail-obsessed – you love documentation.
  • Comfortable with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full Driver’s Licence + your own car (you’ll need to visit client sites).
