What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and signed contracts
  • Run structured discovery meetings and capture client requirements
  • Grow existing customer accounts and upgrade service tiers where appropriate
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base
  • Generate additional pipeline when required
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
  • Drive proposal timelines and keep opportunities progressing
  • Work closely with internal technical teams for pre-sales support
  • Document meetings, actions and next steps within the CRM
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in MSP, IT services or cyber security sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to run professional discovery meetings
  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline discipline
  • Experience working closely with technical delivery teams
