What you’ll be doing
- Level 2 technical support and sys administration across multiple client environments for managed service customers
- Project delivery (relevant for L3 Role) – especially cloud migrations and transformation projects!
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate complex issues
- On-site client visits (you’ll be the face of the team at times)
- Document and improve processes, always looking for better ways to do things
- Jump into senior project work as needed – variety guaranteed
- Prior MSP experience across a mix of: Windows, M365, Azure, On-Prem, Intune, Azure Virtualisation, Backup & DR, Networking, Security, Scripting
- Happy to be “hands & feet” on site when required
- Great communicator – written and verbal – with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine team player who wants to contribute, learn and grow
