What you’ll be doing
- Level 2 and 3 technical support and administration across multiple client environments
- Senior project delivery – especially cloud migrations and transformation projects
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate complex issues
- On-site client visits (you’ll be the face of the team at times)
- Document and improve processes, always looking for better ways to do things
- Jump into senior project work as needed – variety guaranteed
- Solid MSP background with hands-on exposure to: Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Exchange/Outlook, VMware/Hyper-V, Intune, Backup/DR, Networking, Mac/JAMF (don’t need them all – training provided!)
- Networking knowledge highly regarded
- Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools
- Based in Melbourne and happy to be “hands & feet” on site when required
- Great communicator – written and verbal – with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine team player who wants to contribute, learn and grow
