As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an IT Support Manager to take ownership of internal technology across the Australian office while working closely with global IT teams.

- $100K – $120K + Super
You will be the senior IT support presence in Australia, supporting internal users while collaborating closely with technical teams abroad.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing first-line IT support to internal users across the Australian business
• Escalating and coordinating issues with global IT teams abroad
• Supporting Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
• Managing Windows and macOS devices across the office
• Administering Microsoft 365 groups, Teams environments and shared mailboxes
• Managing Jamf for Mac devices and Azure AD/Entra for Windows environments
• Onboarding new employees and provisioning systems and access
• Maintaining IT documentation and training materials
• Delivering user training on Microsoft 365 tools
• Supporting specialist business software platforms
• Maintaining IT equipment and asset registers
• Managing software licensing and hardware procurement
• Supporting office infrastructure including meeting room technology and connectivity
• Contributing to internal technology improvements and small project work
• Producing weekly activity reports and coordinating with leadership
Some after-hours calls may be required due to collaboration with international teams.
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years experience working across IT support or systems administration
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms
• Comfortable communicating with international stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of IT locally
• Strong documentation and communication skills
Certifications such as Microsoft MS-900 or other Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
