What you’ll be doing

Provide Level 1–2 technical support/administration across multiple client environments
Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate technical issues
Carry out on-site client visits as needed (you’ll be the friendly face of the team)
Keep documentation accurate and up to date
Recommend improvements and better ways of working
Support senior project delivery from time to time

What you’ll bring

Prior MSP experience across a mix of: Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Exchange/Outlook, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, Intune, Backup/DR, Networking, Mac/JAMF (don’t need them all – training provided!)
Networking knowledge highly regarded
Experience with ticketing/monitoring tools
Based in Sydney and available for on-site client visits
Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Positive, customer-driven approach – friendly and professional
Able to multitask, juggle priorities and stay organised
A genuine team player who’s ready to step in wherever needed
Enjoys variety, fast-paced environments and embracing change
