** What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and delivering cloud projects across multiple client environments
- Automating deployments and improving operational workflows
- Building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines and Jenkins
- Working within DevOps environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitoring environments, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements
- Producing clear and detailed technical documentation
- Collaborating with clients as a trusted technical advisor
- Strong experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud infrastructure
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes etc.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud environments
- Commercial coding exposure (Python, Java or similar) beneficial
- Relevant Industry certifications
- MSP experience highly regarded but not essential
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Team player attitude with a passion for continuous learning
