About the role:
Looking for a Business Development Manager who is ambitious, results-driven, and passionate about growth. This role offers the autonomy to create and own your pipeline, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships and manage selected key accounts.
You'll be empowered to take initiative, use the tools and playbook provided, and make a visible impact on the business. This role reports directly to the CEO.
This role will suit a positive, flexible and results driven individual who takes ownership of tasks through to completion and enjoys working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base
- Present the businesses value propositions and tailor solutions to the client’s needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals and close deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM
- Attend networking events and building a marketing calendar in partnership with the CEO
- Manage an existing key account portfolio
You’re an ambitious, results-driven professional with a knack for spotting opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Your strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen allow you to connect with people, understand their needs, and deliver real value.

- Confident, curious and proactive
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in a BDM or SDR role
- Deep understanding of lead generation tactics
- Strong Business acumen and understanding of SMB IT challenges
- Experience in IT and / or selling complex solutions or services
- Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals that are beneficial for both the company and the client.
- Proven ability to work with marketing on joint strategies and campaigns
- Self -motivated, accountable, and always looking to improve
- Empathetic communicator with strong analytical thinking
- Leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology
