They already have a growing AI capability and are now looking for a senior technical AI specialist who can help architect solutions, work through complex technical requirements, guide implementations and help develop the technical direction of the practice.
This isn't a pure development or data science role. You’ll sit somewhere between an AI Solutions Architect, Senior AI Engineer and Technical Consultant, with the technical depth to design solutions while still being comfortable working with customers and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and architecting AI solutions across Microsoft cloud environments
- Working across AI agents, automation, Copilot and Azure-based AI solutions
- Understanding customer environments, technical requirements, data sources and integration points
- Translating business and technical requirements into scalable AI architectures
- Designing AI solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Working with Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric, APIs and enterprise data sources
- Designing integrations between AI platforms and existing customer systems
- Helping develop and deploy AI agents and automation solutions
- Working with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot technologies
- Providing technical guidance throughout implementation and delivery
- Troubleshooting complex AI, integration and architecture challenges
- Working closely with engineers to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and supportable
- Acting as a senior technical AI subject matter expert for customers and internal teams
- Mentoring junior AI engineers
- Helping establish technical standards, patterns, frameworks and best practices
- Helping develop repeatable AI services, architectures and technical offerings
- Contributing to the technical growth of the company’s AI practice
- Strong technical experience across AI, Microsoft cloud, solution architecture or AI engineering
- Experience designing and implementing AI solutions in real-world business environments
- Experience working within an MSP, Microsoft Partner or technology consulting environment highly regarded
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, integrations and automation
- Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solution designs and implementation plans
- Strong solution design and architecture skills
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and data sources
- Good understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture across Azure and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working across multiple technologies and complex customer environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work comfortably alongside engineers, architects, consultants and customers
- A genuine interest in building practical, secure and commercially useful AI solutions
