Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Lev 1.5/2 technical support for client support requests
  • Perform troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalate further to specialist teams
  • Periodic onsite visits to client sites
  • Setup, installation and configuration of desktop/ server and simple networking hardware and software
  • Provide continual improvement recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Analyse, design and maintain IT systems and solutions to business clients
  • Assist with project work from time to time
Key Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' prior MSP experience in a similar role highly favourable!
  • Windows and Mac environments: AD, Azure, Exchange, Citrix, Office 365, Windows OS Workstation & Server, Mac OS
  • Understanding of general networking
  • Experience working with monitoring and ticketing tools - exeperience with Autotask, N-Central and IT Glue a bonus!
  • ITIL or similar methodology favourable but not essential
  • Tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications favourable but not essential
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal 
  • A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable with change
