The inside sales account manager will play a key role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role will initially focus on lead generation and follow up - with a pathway to an account management.

You will be a positive and results driven individual who takes ownership of tasks through to completion and enjoys working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and pride yourself on building quality customer relationships!

What you will be responsible for?
  • Follow up on company events (executive roundtable lunches, trade shows) to gauge prospect interest and to schedule meetings and workshops
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and pursue new potential target invitees for future events
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Over time, manage new sales opportunities in collaboration with the account executives
  • With experience and development, lead the pursuit of new sales opportunities
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects and leads (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
What you will need..
  • Prior junior to intermediate level sales experience - any IT knowledge favourable but not essential 
  • Comfortable making 20 + calls per day
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal 
  • A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable with change
  • A positive outlook, a supportive team member and a likeable personality
  • Hungry for success and the willingness to learn and take risks!
