- $65-70k Base + Super commensurate with skills and experience

- Level 1 and Level 2 service desk requests. You own it and are responsible for an outcome to everything that passes through, even if you escalate the issue. It’s about the customer ALWAYS!
- Mac and Windows environment - and all that hours with it!!
- Mobile devices. Apple and Android.
- Some after-hours work will be required
- You will also assist with project work when needed
- Prior support experience in a Managed Services environment highly favourable!
- Windows and Mac
- Office 365 and Azure/AWS experience highly favourable
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
- Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
- Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
