Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 and Level 2 service desk requests. You own it and are responsible for an outcome to everything that passes through, even if you escalate the issue. It’s about the customer ALWAYS!
  • Mac and Windows environment - and all that hours with it!!
  • Mobile devices. Apple and Android.
  • Some after-hours work will be required
  • You will also assist with project work when needed
Key Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' prior support experience highly favourable!
  • Windows and Mac environments
  • Office 365 experience highly favourable 
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal 
  • A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable with change
